Mount Juliet Estate is set in 500 acres of Irish Countryside. The historic estate is located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and dates back to 1757. Gorgeous property - sad we were only there for one night! If we ever return to Ireland, this will be a place we spend a couple of nights for sure!!

This has to be one of the bast accomodation stays in Ireland. Staff very friendly and helpful, location exceptional, breakfast was fantastic.

A fantastic property that overawes you as you enter the gates. The hotel is very well designed and the rooms are great. One should have sufficient time to enjoy the peroperty as it has a lot to offer. The restaurant was packed and obviously well thought of. We enjoyed the bar. A special hello to Max and Murphy!

Everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It really felt like a home away from home. The house was beautifully finished, spotlessly clean, and so cosy, with a lovely open layout that comfortably accommodated everyone. It was such a relaxing space. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

If the owner ever wants to sell, please let me know!!! The house was GORGEOUS - large bedrooms, clean, had toiletries and laundry soap and extra coffee/tea/sugar/etc. in the kitchen. Outside sitting area was lovely with a grill. They even had a golf cart (we didn't use it but what a lovely feature)!!! Absolutely silent at night.
