The room and the views on the lake as well as the space outside is amazing. The pool on the other hand needs more cleaning and care, we didn’t use it because of it.

Very nice and tidy rooms with good facilities. Really enjoyed the balcony and all the different places to chill out. Also the property is central and close to everything you need. A overall good experience !!

The room had no curtains when we arrived and although they are oartially darkened you can see inside at night. They pur them up when we asked. The unit is anything but luxurious, but considering others in the area it is better. Location is excellent with great view if the lake. Bed is comfy. Shower is not good. It is hand held and needs uodating as does mist if the unit. Decent pool and hot tub. Overall ok for the area.

The location, clean facilities nice warm pool and rooftop jacuzzi. When you book be sure to ask for Maya!! She made me and my girlfriends stay amazing! Thank you Maya and the Luxury Aitatlan staff.

Peaceful location on the shores of lake Atitlan in beautiful gardens Staff were helpful and friendly without being intrusive Room comfortable with outstanding views Able to walk to the Atitlan Nature Reserve (about 500m ) which is worth a visit.

the newly build deluxe room is very comfortable, I really recommend to stay for the family diners. you’ll meet a lot of travelers and the food is everyday delicious. the staff is very friendly and will help you to find out the best way to discover the lake.
