The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The airport transfer was included in the price, which made our arrival and departure very easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, we even received a lovely welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was cleaned every day, and we also received beach towels, which was very convenient. Throughout our stay, the team was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

(I stayed at five different places in my time in Zakynthos and no other place even came CLOSE to the quality and value.)

The housekeeper was amazing; we received fresh linens and towels every day, and the place was always spotless. The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the beach and right in the heart of the dining scene, yet we heard no noise at all from our room.

Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming, greeting us warmly when we first arrived. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious — exactly as shown in the pictures.They took the rubbish out daily and changed the towels every other day, which made the stay even more comfortable. Tsilivi is an ideal place to stay, as it's only a 10-minute drive from Zakynthos Town, and the beach is amazing, with soft sand and light blue waters. There are plenty of restaurants and little shops for browsing and souvenir shopping. Finding a parking space can be a headache, so the fact that there is one right in front of the apartment is a huge bonus.
