Dinner was very delicious and they have quick response to room services. The staff were super friendly especially Nodo, Armazi, Mariam and Etana.

New property with very clean interiors and exteriors. The room heaters came in really handy keeping us warm in the midst of winter. The rooms were spacious for our kid to play around. The views were spectacular from the room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good spread.

The location was spectacular with uninterrupted nature around the hotel. The hotel looks new and was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms had small balconies which was great. They also provided us with useful information about the resort, such as where to buy ski passes and rent equipment. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lift and will pick you up at an agreed-upon time, which made things very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and bedding. The water pressure in the shower was great, and we couldn’t hear our neighbors at all, which made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. We’re definitely planning to return in the future!
