This is a great base for a trip a golf trip of going to Carradale, Dunaverty or Machrihanish. The breakfast was exceptional; We had a full menu to choose from for our breakfast with different options. As far as Scottish breakfasts go this was up their with the best we have had.

Our room had a beautiful sitting area, three windows looking out to the loch in front of the house. It was wonderful to sit there in the morning drinking our first cup of coffee, watching the activity and feeling the cool morning breeze from two of the three open windows. We also had a gigantic soaking tub in the bathroom, that sadly we didn't have time to use. The small gardens in front of the house were lovely, as well. Breakfast was cooked to order, and we loved the food (my scrambled eggs with salmon was perfect!) Our host was friendly and went out of his way to inquire about our trip to date and what we had seen. Just a wonderful stay!
