The rooms were brand new high tech, spacious and super clean. The staff were all very helpful expecially Ernesto and his team who helped us recover a mobile phone which we left behind.

We were celebrating our engagement and the staff very kindly upgraded us to a nicer room which was beautiful also, with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool area. The room itself was really spacious and clean, and laid out really nicely. The staff could not have been more helpful, any request we had they were more than happy to help. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection of hot and cold food, including really delicious fresh fruit. The spa and relaxation area was great with a heated pool and hot tub.

Loved the fact you could enjoy a wonderful spa hotel and catch the number 25 into the heart of Palma for €2 a trip per person. The spa facilities were a real enjoyment. Aparthotel Ponent Mar is set right next to the sea and beach in Mallorca. It is in the Palmanova resort, 15 kilometres west of Palma. A very beautiful hotel in the best location. The views from the different parts of the hotel are spectacular!

The Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) features brightly decorated double bedrooms and suites with balconies. Suites and Junior Suites have living areas with satellite TV. A safety deposit box is available. Breakfast was really great. All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Carmen on the front desk. Rooms were a great size and comfortable including relaxing balcony with view.
