We had an amazing time in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and they gave us a complementary upgrade to the Spa deluxe room. The airport transfer was seamless, and the driver was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted us warmly and were attentive to every detail, ensuring our comfort throughout. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, giving us a great start to each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean every single day. The highlight, however, was the rooftop , the view of the pyramids was breathtaking. Dining there while watching the evening pyramid show with fireworks was simply unforgettable. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations; we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
