Exceptional service from check in to check out. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault

The place is great - new, clean, spacious, comfortable, with everything you might need. Zelezny Brod is an excellent location for vacation - it is a gateway to Bohemian paradise, Jizera and Giant mountains. But what really makes a difference is the amazing hosts that make you feel their personal guests willing to help you, give an advice and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very comfortable room, so clen and bathroom was also.The kitchen has every appliance from toasters to coffe machines with coffee. Cups and plates. The host was super friendly. Very safe and secure place for snowboarding or skii. Really beautiful location and beautiful place to be.
