Rooms are clean and come with a washing/dryer machine, which is much appreciated for longer stays. Staff were polite and accomodating. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel doorstep.

The room was fabulous: spacious, super big comfy bed, excellent shower and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Shanghai. We also had fabulous service from Mr Johnson, who made it his personal mission to make sure we were and had everything we needed.
