From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent in my whole life! When I visit Zurich again, this hotel will be one of the main reasons!

The location is extremely convenient to the train station, which is a short block away, and also old town, which is the most popular and picturesque part of Lucerne. The hotel is very sleek and modern and decorated in a hip, edgy style; with murals on the ceilings in the rooms, large , very functional bathrooms with excellent lighting and water pressure and large windows with double glazing to help keep the noise out. The suite was large and spacious, however I have also stayed in a smaller, standard room which I liked just as much. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There is a superb restaurant and quiet evocative bar on location as well.

Stylish apartment that was clean and functional. Brian & Fabienne give their travellers a home away from home. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended.
