The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality demonstrated by the team made me feel at home from the very beginning.
The hotel facilities were exceptional, with the highlight being the pool, which proved to be a haven of relaxation. Spending time there was a truly rejuvenating experience after a day filled with activities in Engelberg. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool were impeccable, greatly contributing to my enjoyment.
I cannot praise enough the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food surpassed my expectations. From healthy options to indulgent delights, the breakfast was a feast that provided the perfect energy to start the day exploring Engelberg.
In summary, my stay at this hotel was great in every aspect. The combination of exceptionally friendly staff, high-quality facilities, and a delicious breakfast created an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Engelberg

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wilen. The location is stunning with beautiful views, the house is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and the welcome was warm. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the region. We would be happy to come back!

Apartment Heidi is equipped with everything you need during the stay. Ample parking is available, and Sarnen is a beautiful and strategic place to stay. When we arrived we were greeted by Lisa and they prepared some welcome groceries for us which was amazing. Before we left we even received some water and chocolates for the onward journey.

We had an exceptional stay at Hermitage. The location on the lake, looking out and seeing Pilatus, is superb. The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable, and the common areas (especially the bar area) were a great place for us to relax. There is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel to get you into Lucerne within 15mins, plus on-site parking. Our experience with the staff really made this stay for us though - there were friendly, attentive and we felt very well looked after! We would very happily stay here again!

A superb, well appointed location central to the Old Town and places of interest and city/lake views.
The hotel was very high spec, luxurious and has lost none of its slightly "old world" charm.
The staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly.
Our room was spacious, clean and smart and importantly, quiet.
The view immediately over the lake towards the historic old town and several bridges extended to views of snow capped alpine mountains.
