The fitness, spa and the pool are perfect for everyone who loves to work out, but also enjoys relaxing and recovering. The spa is super clean and even offers small snacks. The best thing however was the staff. Everyone was super welcome, warm and always available. As a solo traveler, it is extra nice when you feel looked after. Every morning I left a note about which trail I would explore, and every time I came back in the afternoon, I received the nicest welcome. I really felt liked they cared about my me and my safety. The location of this hotel is incredible. We had a stunning view of the Matterhorn right from our room. Rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. There was no cleaning or perfume smells, which was great (my wife is sensitive to this as she gets migraines). The hotel is close to the main town, however, they will pick you up and drop you off at the train station so you don’t have to bring your luggage around town. Loved the spa area, we went every night of our 3 night stay.
