The apartment was one of the best stays I had in Europe. It is clean, spacious, luxurious, and has all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Classy, ​​welcoming hosts. We really appreciate their understanding for the early check in. Spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped apartment. I loved the comfortable and elegant decor touches that give a welcoming holiday feeling. All the large windows could be covered by electric shutters , so do not worry about the amount of light. Our family consists of 6 people and we all enjoyed it. The children's room is wonderfully equipped. 3 minutes drive to Flüeln ferry stop

Superb location close to Susten pass. Chose specifically for that reason as 4 of us on motorbike tour. Met owner who super friendly and seemed an interesting character. Secure garage for motorbikes.

This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.

We were upgraded from a standard apartment as compensation for the building being unfinished, with the only access was via the parking garage. This was no inconvenience and was actually the most direct walk to the bus stop anyway. The style and finish of the apartment was really high end and luxurious. Great to have Nespresso machine. Really well stocked kitchen. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Nice to have the glazed balcony (vinter garten).

Everything. From room, to the spa, to food to the outstanding ski butler service, the Chedi is a class act. It’s luxury done to perfection. It’s expensive but worth it.
