Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

The location was excellent with a beautiful walking path in front and a gorgeous view of the lake!! Great restaurants nearby! Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and spa. The pool was a nice bonus!

Sumptuous architecture, antiques and fine reproductions steep guests in the glorious past in both public and private spaces. On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. The hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant,kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.
