We couldn’t figure out the coffee machine at first and within five minutes of inquiring, a member of staff was at the door to get it working for us. Incredible (and friendly) service. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended!

We’d booked 2 nights here but didn’t make the first one due to a flight cancellation. However, this hotel reimbursed us for the missed night without being asked.
