The property is allergy-free and is situated 300 metres from Cumbuco Beach. This stay was simply the best we've had in over a month's travel through Italy and Brazil, despite it being the lowest cost. The huge standout was the staff, every one of whom were wonderfully friendly, helpful, and attentive, I couldn't rate them more highly. Our room was very comfortable and well set out. The included breakfast was delicious and diverse, including cooked meals to order. The centrally located pool was clean, perfect temperature, and greatly enjoyed by all the guests. Atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Location was great, a short walk to a lovely clean sandy beach with clear water, we walked for kilometres along the beach and enjoyed a swim in the waves, water temperature was ideal.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were functional and comfortable. The hotel is modern and well cared. The breakfast were excellent. The pool and roof bar were beautiful. Special thanks to Milena and Alice (If I remember their names) who cleaned our room and to Valdemir, who was working serving the breakfast. I used the gym 2 times and the facility is great. Even the option for late check out was fantastic. Our flight back was 22:25, paying extra for check out at 18:00 was perfect for us.
