The location was amazing, the layout of the rooms made you feel like you had come home, we have a 2kg mini dog and they didn't try to give us a different room for her like many other hotels did, they are thurly animal friendly hotel. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent and had big variety. The hotel is very nicely located. Do your hikes from the hotel plus having the lake within 2 min walk.
