Location is perfect. The panorama is breathtaking. Silence is everywhere. Behind it is the forest. You can hear only bird chirping and if you are patient you can see roes in the beckyard from the balcony.

Boasting private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a water park. The holiday home has private entrance. We spent a very happy Christmas at the Pfamhaus apartment. It was an easy check-in experience, and any questions were answered very quickly. We appreciated the provisions left for us and the understanding shown towards an early checkin.The apartment was warm, comfortable, well equipped, and had a good view of the lake. You couldn't ask for a better location for St Wolfgang, the Christmas market, all the shops, restaurants, and church which we attended on Christmas Eve. We enjoyed magical experiences walking around St Wolfgang and up on the paths, at the markets, boat ride between villages, train ride up the mountain, both only 13min walk and spa experience at the wellness Alm 30min walk along the lake. It even snowed on Christmas Eve! Such a stunning, beautiful area with so much to experience and enjoy, which I guess does reflect in the price.
