Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, steam room, and fitness centre, as well as an infinity pool. Everything! Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice views all around. Rooms, saunas and everything else is like in pictures. Additionally we even got a discount card for different activities in the National Park (e. g., entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine road was free of charge for us and so on). 100% recommended! :)

The spa facilities include an all-year outdoor pool with countercurrent system, a panoramic acacia sauna and deluxe sanarium (both with coloured lighting), an ice fountain, and a relaxation lounge with water beds. A solarium is available for a surcharge. The hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely. We particularly enjoyed the facilities - our 4 year old loved swimming outside in the snow.

In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

Free WiFi is available. The staff on Reception were very helpful and professional. The apartments exceeded our expectations as there were 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms. The kitchens were very well equipped. The pool area was lovely and never got too busy. Ski convenience was great and having a ski hire shop in the building was a bonus. There is a very good restaurant on site.
