Breakfast is good. Hotel is in excellent location, convenient grocery store in the bottom of the hotel. Polite staff, and the Junior suite is just very nice ! City bus stopping almost front of the hotel and very cheap ( 40 lek) and very frequent ( about 15-20 minutes) Beach right front of the hotel. Modern, clean.

Picasso hotel, thank you for the wonderful time. The service was excellent. The host are very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very delicious with home made jam. The hosts are always available to assist you and recommend nice places to eat. Very clean. The hotel has its own beach, no reservation or additional payment is require. The view from the hotel is incredible.

We had 2 rooms booked in full season. The location is far from the noise of the center, but 115 steps from Lori beach, in a quiet bay. The view is relaxing and the rooms nice. Cleanliness is at high level!! Beds comfortable and towels soft! I loved the rooftop breakfast restaurant, the perfect place to start a day! About service : the warm and always friendly atmosphere, a nice chat, just as hospitality should be! Thank you for a wonderful staying!!

It’s hard to find better staff than at this place. Wonderful location, calm place with a great little beach were sunbeds are included. The two guys that runs this place made our trip and were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was a good little buffet. The balcony with seaview was lovely. And the AC worked great. Don’t miss the bar on the beach. Also it was some great restaurants really close to the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the waterfront with its own private beach. The swimming pool is brilliant and the staff very friendly and helpful. This is a modern well designed boutique hotel just a ten minute walk to the pretty waterfront. We would thoroughly recommend this place as an ideal place to stay in Sarande😊
