Beautiful lodge located in a private reserve near Hoedspruit The terrace has a view on a waterhole where elephants and impalas come to drink The tent was very confortable The meals were all very good, and my girlfriend who doesn’t eat meat always had a fish or vegetarian option which we really appreciated Every single person of the staff was very kind and attentive to us

We can recommend this accommodation 1000%. Nothing is missing, it is pure luxury! We have traveled all over the world but have never experienced anything so great like this. The hosts will do everything possible to make you happy. The best wines are available. If you want, you can also sleep under the stars. The daily breakfast is a work of art that the hostess prepares herself. The entire complex is decorated with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. If you want to feel like a superstar, you should definitely book here. We can only say thank you very much and hope to come back again.

We spent 3 fantastic days. Very skilled staff and attentive to every detail to make the stay a memorable experience. Perfect suite with every comfort. Excellent food quality, the chef is very good and takes care of every guest requirement (some of the best meat in my life). There are many activities organized for every need, my 8 years old son can't wait to wake up in the morning, he learned how to fish and recognizing animals footprints in the reserve. Thanks to Janus and Njabulo for all the care.

We had a fantastic time at Safari Moon Lodge! Staff was exceptional. Caroline was amazing, she made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The lodge is stunning, rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast, which was served outdoors in a beautiful garden/pool setting, was delicious. They pay a lot of attention to detail and it was small things like a little snack box for the road, which made the stay extra special. We will definitely come back!

We start our honeymoon in this fantastic place. We spent a few days at this location, and it was definitely an experience we will never forget. The entire place has a special charm, time passes differently here. You can walk around and encounter wild animals, swim in the pool or sit by the bonfire in the evening. We chose to stay in a bungalow, and it was an absolutely unique experience. The room is really clean, the bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need and we saw a lot of animals around the bungalow. Fabian, the owner, is very friendly and responded promptly to all our requests. He helped us with information about safaris and booked our airport transfers. The chef is very talented. Everything she cooked for us at dinner was absolutely delicious. For breakfast, they have a wide variety of dishes you can choose from. Since it was also my husband’s birthday, they helped me prepare a surprise for him and made a very delicious cake. All the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive to our needs, and made our stay exceptional. You can tell this is a place built with a lot of love, and we hope to return here one day.

The hosts were super nice and very accommodating. The safari that we booked through the Lodge was amazing - highly recommend doing that! The guide was super informative and took his time showing us the behavior of the animals. We did not just take photos like in a zoo but e.g. got to see a lion chase and watched the animals for like an hour. The breakfast exceeded our expectations since we got even more food than we ordered, it was all delicious and we got to enjoy it on the Terrasse next to wild animals. Highly recommend staying here!

The Chesterfield Suite was pure luxury. Our Butler helped us organise our activities and was always on hand if needed. The pool and sunbeds were nice to relax between game drives.

We loved everything; from the facilities, the staff and the food. Becky, the chef and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my birthday and stay were out of this world. I love travelling but I've never experienced anything like it before, we were given 5-star treatment. We're definitely going back, it's worth every penny and more.

This villa was just impeccable, a bush lovers dream home, I cannot stop speaking about it. We were treated like VIPs from beginning to end. The decor was amazing, the beds were all huge and comfortable, fridge filled with snacks and drinks .My kids swam for hours and kept cool with the aircons at night. Honestly every attention to detail did not go unnoticed!! The personal chef, butler and staff took care of our every need, a lifetime of memories were definitely made here!!
