The staff at the hotel are beyond lovely, the rooms are so beautiful, it’s such a stunning location, good distance away from the city but close enough to walk. We also loved getting the little biscuits and a note with a little story each night. We are already planning our next visit and considering getting married here. I do not like to give 5 stars review and 10/10 as it seems to take away from the “quality” of the review. But man oh man… PLEASE treat yourself and visit Pao’s. It is truly amazing. The location, the views, the service, the personell. Outstanding! Also… the breakfast is a WIN! Dinner was also great.

On arrival, the lovely ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Our room was upgraded as there were no mountain views due to visibility. The room looked just like the pictures and the bed was super comfortable. Exceptional service from the front desk lady helping confirm our travel arrangements AND packing us a takeaway snack bag or our overnight train!! 5 stars!
