The view from the balcony of the room is definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation experience. Staff are so helpful and friendly to offer advice including travel tips and transport for your trip. There is a steep road to go up to the main road from the homestay and the staff is willing to help me with my luggage. Nice communication. The room is lovely and exactly how the pictures show. Clean with nice deco - love it and would definitely recommend!

Super clean, comfortable hotel and very kind staff. All of the hotel staff helped us very kindly and efficiently in booking tickets to Fan xi pan summit, recommendation to village visits. Thanks to their very efficiently support we managed to received a passport that one of us forgot in the hotel. Ms Hong very carefully packed the passport and found a good transport company that delivered it in Hanoi at midnight the same day, just before our departure to Ha Long early morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. The room with a mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such a view was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to Julie, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Highly recommended!

I do not like to give 5 stars review and 10/10 as it seems to take away from the “quality” of the review. But man oh man… PLEASE treat yourself and visit Pao’s. It is truly amazing. The location, the views, the service, the personell. Outstanding! Also… the breakfast is a WIN! Dinner was also great.

On arrival, the lovely ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Our room was upgraded as there were no mountain views due to visibility. The room looked just like the pictures and the bed was super comfortable. Exceptional service from the front desk lady helping confirm our travel arrangements AND packing us a takeaway snack bag or our overnight train!! 5 stars!

We booked for Deluxe Double with a balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view of this amazing city, Mr. Kim knows how to treat is guesses like a 5 Star from the moment we cross the entrance door we feel like VIP, unfortunately we had to move to our next destination, staff here always smiling and useful for any requests, breakfast fresh and healthy, bed comfortable so I would recommend this hotel without a doubt for the value we sure look to come back next time in Sapa!
