I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delightful afternoon tea – such a lovely touch. My room was very spacious, and the new bathtub was a real highlight – perfect for unwinding after a long day. I can’t wait to visit again when the gym and swimming pool open soon. This place just keeps getting better!

Personnel was extraordinary. Vivien and Ruby made us feel like we stay in our own home. Their smiling faces and very useful assistance made the life easier and colorful. After checkout we left the baggage till the departure time ant Vivien offered the room available for having shower for free. The caring and very good, personalized service by all staff. Special mention and thanks to Emily who answered our numerous pre-travel enquires via WhatsApp with patience and assisted us with Halong Bay day trip booking. Another special thanks to Eden sho helped us with our booking for Ninh Binh. He made us feel very welcomed upon our arrival to our hotel. We are also very pleased with the superb customer service by Luna and Annie! All of them had been very helpful, attentive to our needs and showed us how to get from point to point. Location was great, centralized and the room was really spacious for a family of 3. They even put fruit in our room everyday. Breakfast staff were fantastic- dishing us our favorite noodles, eggs and french toasts which we really loved. The bellboys were also professional and helped us with our luggage. They deserved the credit too. This is the best stay ever and I strongly recommend others to consider this hotel accommodation.
