I don't know with what to start... this might just be one of my favourite hotels in the world! The ambience in the whole resort is amazing. From the moment you enter the propriety, you feel welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and smiling at you. The path to reach your room feels magical. The room was cosy and peaceful (except Saturday night as there was an event in the hotel beside, but this was out of their control). The inside is very comfortable, and you also have a cute spot on your balcony. Many amenities are available in the room. The breakfast was tasty, they even had their own made bread. They also have some area to relax, which I could have spent the full day. I will definitely come back!

Excellent place. Very quiet, but just a short ten-minute walk to the main drag along the river. We chose one of the more expensive bungalows, so super peaceful and very comfortable with modern furnishings. The cheaper places looked good, too, although not as private. Still, the beds looked super nice and everything looked very clean and comfortable in those other bungalows. I saw some negative reviews about noise, but not sure what people expect for that price. I guess some folks are never happy. I've stayed in Pai many times over the years, and this is about as good value as you can get, much better than most places in town, and just as good as places that are twice as expensive. I also loved the natural feel of it all, the animals and all the gardens. But if you want total privacy, get one of the houses rather than the huts.

A really peaceful place to stay, a 5 minute walk from town. There was everything I needed, free coffee, dishes, fridge and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dryer, but also a spacious clothes line. The bathrooms are beautiful and kept clean, the beds have curtains for privacy and are a solid build, so you don't feel your "bunk buddy" moving around

Everything was incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, the hotel services are great (for example, shuttle service to town). Location was excellent, 5 minute drive from the walking street and 10 min from every main attraction. Peaceful, quiet, right on the river, beautiful place to relax. Unique design. Bonus, there is Netflix in the rooms ;)

Located next to Pai River, The Riverfront Reserve is 100 metres to Pai walking street. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The hotel also offers free private parking.

This is truly the best resort in Pai- beautifully landscaped along the riverfront, offering a serene and relaxing environment. Our spotless room with the overall cleanliness of the property, made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and everything was just beyond expectations. It’s a very peaceful location but easy access to the walking street. I highly recommended it.

New, clean and very comfortable hostel It's a long space with a lot of bunk beds separated by sliding doors, that's why they don't really precise how many beds there are in the room When we were there all the visitors were very quiet and respectful A lot of storage space, good pillows, comfy bed Very nice pool

Have stayed here several times. Wonderful value, excellent service. Rooms are clean, delicious food (particularly breakfast). Great pool and location is convenient, but just enough out of the way to feel very private.
