We're so glad that the hotel upgraded us from Tropical Pool Villa to Treetop Duplex Pool Villa. The breakfast is very good, many choices and everyday is different. The staff is very kind and helpful, even though the IT is on holiday, he comes back and help to fix the Wifi, I'm so appreciate it.

The property was amazing! The staff were super friendly and accomodating. The rooms were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! The pool and everything else about the hotel was just fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Noku if you want to feel like royalty.

Unreal, so peaceful. Our villa was massive. Only downfall for us was the mattresses were to hard, I suffer with my back, so need soft mattress. TV's in 2 bedrooms had no Netflix or prime apps so only thing we could watch there was YouTube. TV in living room had the apps but not good when 3 people want to watch different these. Everything else we could not fault at all. Staff went above & beyond. So friendly & helpful. Family run business, they live on site. 24/7 on call if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.
