The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. They also surprised us with a birthday cake in our room, which made our day truly special. From when I got out of the car, everyone was super warm and friendly . The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and smelt divine. All the staff were super helpful and kind throughout my stay! And I must specially mention Marvin at the door and Ghada at reception! Absolute gems! Oh and the the location couldn’t be better!

The apartment was almost everything that what we wished it to be or better. The rooms were big and clean, with an amazing view. The ladies in the reception gave us an even better apartment with a better view than the one that was originally reserved. The service was really quick when we asked for help.
