The transformation from hospital to hotel is fantastic; the highlight a spacey atrium with fantastic light. Our room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast buffé huge and of really good quality. There are lots of parking on the hotel grounds and the hotel is situated a short walk from the centre of Viseu. Recommended.

The staff was unbelievably helpful, accommodating with our arrival time and with our requests. Uppon arrival, we were greeted by the staff who were very competent and professional in their communication with us. We took advantage of the Spa offer and I can honestly say that this SPA beats many SPAs at worldwide hotels. 100 % recommend the SPA add-on if you are visiting them.
