Amazing experience from start to finish. Hotel.immacuately clean. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful . Great team spirit visible amongst the team. Roof top bar and pools were lovely. Lucky enough to have booked a swim up room which we took full advantage of.

The room with direct access to the pool is spacious and great. The staff at the hotel is very attentive, friendly and helpful! Erwin and Gia at the pool bar did a great job!! The hotel is not directly on the beach, but the 200m to the private beach of the henann premier hotel is no effort to walk… Breakfast could have a bit more western stuff.

From the moment we arrived the team at Epic Suites treated us amazingly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the rescue dogs and cats that are so lovingly cared for. Whilst everyone was amazing a special thanks to Adryan for his fantastic cocktails and the laughs on our fishing adventure. To Lai for her help booking us into the most amazing day tours and Dawn in the restaurant for her lovely service. Everyone really went above and beyond our expectations and we can’t talk highly enough about how wonderful our stay was. The accommodation was so luxe and we loved the outlook from our pool. We can’t wait to come back next Nov with the family.

this place is highly recommended to spend some nice and relaxing days. It is exactly as nice as shown on the pictures, the hosts are super nice and helped us with every problem we had (like organizing a PCR test for our flight back). If you do not want to prepare you own meals, nice breakfast places are just a couple of minutes away from the Apartment and the moped is included in the rent.
