The location is very close to the mall. Very convenient! Great view of the canal! Great value for the price. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice ambiance of the room and the terrace view is phenomenal. Air-conditioning working well. Room is Very spacious for two people. Wifi was great and TV with Netflix as well. Most of all.. It's very easy to communicate with the owner and very responsive as well. Will book again for sure! This place is a great find! One of the best bookings I've experienced ! Kudos to the owner!

Okada Manila – the best hotel in our Philippine trip We visited as a family of four from the UK and our room was great. The bathroom was really lavish, facing the seaview — which felt a bit odd for me at first, but overall the room was very decent. This is definitely a five-star hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. You also feel very secure here. There are so many security guards and even police around, which adds to the peace of mind. The architecture is absolutely jaw-dropping. I’ve never seen anything like it — really impressive. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially since they have both indoor and outdoor options. It was one of their favourite parts of the stay. Free parking is also a bonus. I even joked that you could leave your car here, fly to Boracay, then come back after a few days. 🙂🤣 Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to the Philippines. Super highly recommended!

The staff is amazing. They go all out to make guests feel welcome and special. The King room with a view of Manila Bay is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The included wi-fi is excellent, with a one-time login (unlike some hotels where you have to log in multiple times during your stay.) The small refrigerator is stocked with items to purchase, but can be removed to store your own drinks. The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable with great pillows and comforter. The shower is great with multiple faucets to choose from with hot water and excellent water pressure. The staff came by to give us a slice of complimentary cake with a card welcoming us back to the hotel (we stayed here last year as well). They also made a call during our visit to make sure everything in the room was to our satisfaction. Absolutely amazing staff!

The waitresses in the Writers Bar were exceptional, I would like to give a sincere thanks to Sherlyn and Jhezzsica for their super friendly service, you made my evenings a pleasure. I would also like to say a massive thanks to my butlers, Dennis and Ron, who made everything so much easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Luxurious comfort and pleasure hotel! Great location. Superb and very attending staff, great pool area, fantastic gym, excellent WIFI and breakfast had great selection. The hotel has the Retail Boulevard of luxury shops, restaurants and has one of a largest casino in Manila. I can't think of anything that I didn’t like with the facility. Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.
