From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Wow! What a fantastic stay. Booked 3 nights for a get away from the busy cities and it was amazing. The resort is located on the edge of the river bank- absolutely stunning views with plenty of wildlife. We saw elephants and a rhino from the balcony! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to make sure we had a great time. Was a lovely family feel to the place and excellent food and drink. In the evening they had an open fire outside. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. Heating worked well as we went in the winter time. Shower was hot! We went on a boat safari and 2 Jeep safaris to different areas. We saw plenty of rhino as well as a wild elephant, sloth bear and many other animals. The guides were very knowledgable and friendly. Had an amazing time and if I am ever back in chitwan I will be definitely back to stay here.

Had an amazing stay at Royal Tiger Luxury Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Loved the peaceful environment and the food was really good too. Perfect place to relax in Chitwan. Would definitely come back again!
