Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

Absolutely amazing resort - by far exceeding the standards of other 5 star properties in Nepal. A must visit! We didn't leave the entire time we were there.

Just like a nice hotel back home, this was a great property and exactly the relaxing stay I needed after a long trek. Rooftop pool, nice breakfast, large and clean rooms. Very nice staff too. Would recommend and will certainly stay again if I get back to Pokhara
