Cozy and pampering hotel with a good atmosphere and personal attention. All our requests were attended to and with a good level of service.The food is excellent and there is variety at breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is open 24 hours and provides world-class dishes at good prices. The hotel is well cleaned and hot water is available 24 hours a day (not obvious in most hotels in Nepal). The location is excellent. Close to the lake side but not on the main road so there is peace and privacy. Overall a good hotel and highly recommended. I would go back there again.

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing.

This is a superb property to stay at after a long trek as it is away from the bustle of Pokhara but still easy walking distance to the main streets for shopping and restaurants. It was a beautiful spot to re-charge the batteries and have the luxury of a massage, facial and sauna. Breakfast and other restaurant meals were excellent. Staff were amazing! Thank you so much.

The first real luxury resort we encountered after 6 weeks in Nepal that has real 5 star standard. Lots of wood and plants, beautiful new rooms and clean amazing pool. Great staff, food and service too. And a new TV with fast internet Netflix, Prime and Co. Highly recommended! By the way the one 1.0 rating below seems unrealistic. I just dont see why someone staying at this beautiful place would give it the worst possible rating.
