The hospitality of the staff was wonderful, and they welcomed us with gentle smiles. The furnishings, building, and garden were beautifully arranged and tasteful. It was old but clean. We chose the buffet for meals, and it was very satisfying. The location was the best! There was mist, and we could see the mountains faintly. Namaste. My dream is to come again in the fall.

They are really accommodating the staff here. They upgraded me to a king suite free of charge when I arrived with a balcony and en suite. There is a roof terrace here with nice views and a good place to chill with a bar and lots of drinks and hookah. They also arranged for airport pickup and the driver was there for me as soon as a stepped off the plane thank you. You will have everything you need here and it's very close to the airport which is good if you need a flight. The staff made it extra special so thank you so much I appreciate that.

Very comforttable hotel. They respond immediately and efficiently to messages. A good spacious room , with a very good shower and comfortable matrass. The service was excellent , always present but not intrusive. There is a nice large swimmingpool. And the monastry is also really beautiful. They arranged for me a sound healing and it was really great. The food menu surprise me with the low prices and the high quality even als the drinks like a cocktail Magarita. Delicious and complete affordable. I spend the last of my two days in Nepal here and I highly recommended it as a way to end my stay in this beautiful country.

Basera boutique hotel offer an amazing experience, room service is fast and good, food is amazing, in the nepal restaurant you have some traditional dances to male you feel the vibe and the personal is super froendly!!! Breakfast was for me the best part, after having a good training in the very well equipped gym i ate the most perfect french omelette, accompanied by the well equipped buffet! Very high standarts of french cuisine when we're talking about the eggs for breakfast! thanks for the amazing experience
