The caring and communicative staff: Mr. Lee was extraordinary in making sure that my stay was comfortable by providing not only the basic necessities for my 10-day stay but also his rich knowledge of the local information. He was extremely responsive to my requests: he addressed my questions via Whatsapp and spoke to me in person a few times prior to my arrival. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions.
