New hotel with very well thought-through design, truly friendly staff and good location. Beach is less than 10 steps away from the main entrance. Sea has big shallow area with sand as well as area with enough depth to swim comfortably. Breakfasts were very good. Hotel is a tall building so sea-view from room is fantastic. There’s a bar at the top of the hotel where you can observe entire island from, including sunset. Special complements to the hotel’s manager who was very attentive, chef and his team for easily handling special dietary requirements. Rooms cleaning was great. I wish the team continued success maintaining such a high benchmark set at opening.

The hotel was amazing, very new and had all the necessary. A/C was working perfectly. The hotel is 5 min walk from a lovely bikini beach. More than anything we liked the service from the team at Athiri. They were absolutely brilliant going well beyond and above to make our stay as great as possible. We had a lovely dinner on the roof terrace which is a must with some breath taking sunsets. Milinda who was in charge of the hotel, Rukshan the head chef and all the team ...hat off to you guys!!!!!

From the moment we arrived at Navaya Dhiffushi, everything was simply perfect. The guest house is beautiful, clean, and peaceful — a true tropical escape. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the staff. They went above and beyond every single day with genuine smiles, warmth, and unmatched hospitality. Whether it was arranging excursions, helping with local tips, or just their friendly chats, they made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with all the comforts you could ask for. The location is also ideal — just a short walk from the beach and everything else on the island. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, value, and the kindest people you’ll ever meet, look no further. Navaya Dhiffushi is perfect in every way. We’ll definitely be back!

We like everything about the property. It's just like paradise. We stayed in Sunset water villa and the view was mesmerizing. The white sand, turquoise water, gentle breeze, beautiful July sunset... everything was perfect. This property is very very clean and just 20 mins boat trip. Special thanks to our assigned buttler Nylee, she was very attentive, proactive and did everything to make our trip special. She actually made our trip one of our best trips. Nylee arranged a complimentary birthday cake and some decoration as it was my birthday trip. It was our trip with our 3 years old daughter, but we didn’t feel any difficulty during the stay. My daughter was very excited about the beach and she wanted to stay in the water. So they suggested the part of the becompletely safe for kids as there water is shallow and live fishes swim around that place. My daughter enjoyed a lot. The restaurant staffs were the best. From the restaurant staffs Mr. Ritesh, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Zakir and I can't remember the names of some of them but they were all good. There are 7 restaurants. So we get to try different cuisine, didn’t get bored with same food. In breakfast time, the view just breathtaking. The beach side of the restaurant to the overwater side both part is amazing. From the overwater side we saw live fishes swimming around. From the moment we arrive Maldives to leave Maldives, there was always someone from the resort staffs to assist us, even the transfer boat was super comfy and luxurious. In our departure, Mr. Irfan and Ms. Nazifa assist us. It was so nice of them. We hope to come back to this resort soon.

A very good hotel with nice and clean rooms in a great location. The staff were nice and helpfull. I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I also liked that the hotel have bikes for guests to borrow for free, it was such a nice way to explore the island.

It is brand new! So clean and everything is very modern and comfortable. The CGI photos are true to reality. The staff were so friendly and helpful getting me to my next Island. Always checking in if there is anything that they can help with. It went a long way. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was so clean and the communal area was comfortable and the lovely views out to the beachfront were special. The communal area was so useful when it was raining as it was a lovely space to relax and read whilst watching the rainfall outside. The food was delicious. They catered to my being a vegetarian perfectly. Special thanks to Rafa for being so helpful.
