The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Hanael Garden and Spa! The whole place feels magical — beautifully decorated, calm, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! 💛

Lovely traditional riad with kind and attentive staff. We arrived just before midnight and Nour guided us to our room and provided some much needed cool water after our travel and told us not to worry about check in until the morning, and hassan took care of our luggage. Nour was consistently available at all hours to help us with arranging tours, laundry, or anything else we might need. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop is incredible. The location is close to the medina but still off a main road with taxis accessible. If coming from the train station try to avoid the predatory taxis nearby and walk a bit. Make sure the taxi knows the location of the Riad or you might end up on the opposite side of the médina with a fun walk ahead of you :)
