A beautifully restored gem in the heart of Fes This riad is a true oasis in the middle of the city - beautifully restored with incredible attention to detail. Every corner feels like a tribute to local craftsmanship, making it not just a place to stay but an artistic experience. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was too much and they catered for our every need - from the owners to the waiters. Thank you. The food was outstanding, fresh, homemade, and full of flavour, prepared by talented local chefs right on site. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already dreaming of our return.

We stayed at Riad Chahd, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible thanks to Moufid, our host. He helped us arrange the airport transfer, where a driver greeted us with a sign bearing our name and took us to the Riad in a very comfortable and air-conditioned van. Moufid was not only an excellent host but also shared his vast knowledge about the city and Moroccan culture with us. His restaurant recommendations were unbeatable and allowed us to immerse ourselves in an authentic local experience. He also arranged a Hammam bath for us, which was a completely new and fascinating experience that we loved. What truly stands out about Moufid is his charisma, integrity, and the pride he takes in his work. His warmth made our stay at the Riad unforgettable. If you’re looking for an authentic and enriching stay in Fez, we highly recommend Moufid and Riad Chahd.

This is an authentic gem situated in the Medina. A historic building renovated in recent years and extended to host a number of unique rooms. each are decorated with much detail and resent typical architectural and colourful features. The owner, assisted by his family make the experience unique. A word of mention to Hassan who is very attentive to detail. Hosin showed us around the Medina which is all an experience and very safe.

We had the luck and honour to stay for 2 nights in the sublime private riad in the Palais de Fes. The setting is incredibly authentic, the staff is superfriendly, they really make you feel at home together with providing an excellent service. The location is superb at the entrance of the medina, with impressive views over the city. On all criteria this hotel is excellent and that s the first time I give a global 10 on 10! Bravo to the whole team working there and the family behind.
