Amazing location, beautiful riad, beautiful rooms, the best service. We stayed for 2 nights. we had the best experience due to Ahmed and Naiim. Our friends birthday we asked them to arrange flowers, a cake. We had to wait a little bit for them to make it ready and once they were, they had music on and were dancing in their room with the big cake (including name tag) and they put flowers from roses and a heart made from roses on the bed. The breakfast was royal. We did not try the maroccan dinner since we had enough maroccan dinners during our stay. We went for the pizza and they brought it straight to our room. All with all this was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was great. It was a traditional Moroccan breakfast, so it was what we expected. Plus hot beverages and juice. The beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. Nice windows in the room that were helpful with ventilation. We only stayed one night but could've stayed longer.

A truly magical place: From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beauty and calm of this riad. The architecture, the atmosphere, the details, everything speaks of tradition, care and elegance. Breathtaking courtyard: The central patio with its deep blue illuminated pool, surrounded by palm trees and mosaic tiles, creates a peaceful and luxurious ambiance. Sitting there in the evening felt like living inside a dream. Authentic Moroccan design: Every element, from carved wooden doors to handmade lamps, reflects the rich cultural heritage of Morocco, curated with taste and refinement. Impeccable hospitality: Moufit, the host, was simply amazing. Warm, kind, always helpful and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made our stay feel truly special and personal. Comfort and cleanliness: Our room was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedding was excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. Delicious breakfast: Every morning we were served a generous and tasty breakfast, in a quiet and cozy dining area. Great coffee, fresh bread, local specialties, perfect to start the day. Excellent location: Ideally situated in the medina, yet incredibly quiet and relaxing once inside. A real hidden gem. We stayed for only two nights and wished we had booked more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fes.

We probably have been upgraded to higher room category because we received a very spacious and quiet double room with large beds on th 3rd floor and our breakfast were served directly by the waiter at the table. We had a wonderful stay at this Riad, conveniently located right next to the Medina. The building itself is stunning, and the service was second to none. Abdul, the concierge, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, including personally bringing us breakfast on a couple of early mornings. Also enjoyed the life-changing Air Conditioning! Everything. Perfect location. Not inside the big Medina, but only 3 minutes walking to the Bab Boujeloud (Blue Gate). This is an advantage considering taxis cannot enter the Medina, so the taxi can leave you outside the Riad. Not sure if this Riad is new or not. But is a really nice visual experience to be here. Nice staff, really nice!! We did a mistake (or Booking system did it, we are not sure), so we reserve for our 5 daughter, but the reserve was taken for a 1 year old children, with different cost. They understood that it was a mistake and dont charge us. We receive everyday of our stay a really good and different breakfast, and the staff really take care of us in every detail. They did cleaning all days in our room. They dont harrased any time with tour offerings. Just offer one time and no more. The staff was english and spanish spoken. I practically never put a perfect evaluation. This time i do it, and i send a big applause to this Riad.
