The place was stunning, the staff was kind and caring. They made accomodations for our dietary needs. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve stayed at to date in Japan. Most importantly the onsen was life changing.

One of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

A large room, beautifully designed. The place is clean and stunning, both inside and outside. A short walking distance from the train station, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. There are many bicycle rental spots, which makes it easy to get around the lake.

Onsen was great, We also had a private bath on the terrace which was brilliant. The food was excellent and we were also given an additional sashimi plate since we stayed for more than one night. It was really relaxing part of our holiday.

The hotel is stunning, and the room we had was amazing .. we stayed in the Japanese West wing. The room contained four different pairs of footwear and so many gadgets, sadly more than we could take advantage of. We dressed in traditional garments for meals and enjoyed the hot spring bath. We could not fault the room, the staff or the quality of the exceptional food experience. Everyone was wonderful.
