New ZealandWe loved our stay at Sansuien. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. We needed to send our bags to Hagi by takkyubin and they were very helpful getting this to happen. Thank you.
The meals were all outstanding. 13 dishes for dinner and healthy, fresh, tasty and fun.
Don't forget to look around their beautiful gardens.

TaiwanHaving booked over hundreds of hotels, it was my first time to fill reservation form incorrectly (4 people family but didn't notice it was a 2 people order). Even so, the staff kindly informed me the order was wrong and gently asked me for extra people's futon charge without displeasure. They even provided rice and furikake for the kids for free in breakfast the next morning. I felt so touched in Matsudaya hotel.
