Everything about the rooms were great. The location of the hotel. BY FAR the best breakfast you may find in Japan. Buffet style and soo much to choose from. It's a shame this was the start of my month in Japan and it never got better than this, because it'd be hard to. Hats off to the team at Sapporo View Hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Very authentic hotel for a real Japanese experience. We all loved it (2adults, 2 teens) and could have stayed for much longer. Funny local town with a great ramen bar run by an elderly couple and their daughter and not much else but hiking trails (mind the bears!). Amazing location and well worth visiting, this hotel stay loved up to all our expectations.

A great breakfast and dinner buffet setup, a large room, great onsen, right where you want to be in Jozankei, there is very little to complain about! The staff are very professional and are very organized. During the buffet they guide you so you know how the flow should be and the usual chaos you see is pretty much nonexistent. The onsen facility contains both indoor and outdoor pools and both were fantastic. Right behind the hotel is a beautiful mountain view that i gorgeous in the snowtime.

The rooms were wonderfully spacious, and clean. Biggest toilet we had in Hokkaido with a wash basin for the deluxe double room. Very professional services by the hotel staff. Every request if accepted, is done to perfection. Most of the staffs can communicate proficiently in English. The hotel improved from our previous stay in 2015. Cheers!
