Everything is fine. We think it’s the best place we stay in this trip. The staff are very kind. And drive us to the train station.

From the moment you arrive at the front gate, till u walk into the foyer area , and looking to the left where the lounge area is , the big window/balcony area— you see the postcard view , right there. Stunning. The view , the rooms, the meals, onsen were all very good. Staff very nice and helpful. On the day we left they still gave us a token/pass for their carpark and cafe at the main tourist area. 10/10 . Would really want to visit again.
