Amazing location! 50 m. from the better beach of Vieste. Near the historical centre. Perfectly clear rooms, everything is new and beautifully decorated. Free delicious breakfast and coffee, made by the owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He recommends best places to visit. If you go in vieste, you should stay in Le Dune !

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. All of the interiors are new and carefully selected in a modern style. It was a pleasant stay. Antonella gave us good advice for all of our questions. Parking garage is in the house just across the street - easy to manage. There are some small shops nearby (bakery, cafe, drugstore). It’s a 5 minutes way by foot to the center of the city. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you 😊

Excelent Location and view! Staff very kind!

Exceptional service from the staff. We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer. The rooms were clean, with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint. The resort is a 9-minute walk from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Everything was fantastic, such as: Location- it’s very central and yet in a side narrow street, we are very sensitive to street noise and could not hear anything at all. You can park your car at the port parking and just walk 3-4 minutes to the hotel. At night, just go to one of the many restaurants or pizzerias, or go to L’antica Gelateria Tantimonaco for great home made ice creams(we love the Dubai flavour). Room- modern, with top quality, from the great matress and pillows, delicious crispy bed linen to the modern shower with LOTS of pressured water, top sanitary instalation. Breakfast- upstairs, with fresh air but not in the sun, just like we prefer. Traditional Italian breakfast plus they will make the eggs/bacon to your liking. There are homemade cakes, bio marmalades and fruits coming every day from a farm(agriturism) they own which is nearby. Delicious. Service- 10 of 10. Raffaella will go the extra mile to try to accommodate our wishes ( booking a boat trip, recommending the best gelato or sightseeings. Carmen is so efficient in cleaning the room that we would go up for breakfast and by the time we finished she had already cleaned our room. In summary, we enjoyed staying at this luxury rooms B&B, with the price of a much simpler place. We truly cannot recommend this place enough, really WORTHY!
