Fabiana and another receptionist (a very nice guy at the front desk) helped me print out some documents. They were very patient and helpful! And overall, I appreciated the staffs' kindness and hospitality.

I absolutely loved my stay at Alpen Chalet. The entire place is very well kept, and the hospitality is warm and friendly. I had only booked one night, but hope to spend more time on my next visit! The beds! Wow! So comfy, and the restaurant food was to die for. Highly recommended.
