The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Peter who went over and beyond to making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the lovely staff but also for the beautiful scenery and delicious food.

We were met on arrival and everything was fully explained - where to park the car , the WiFi. , the entry codes etc . Giacomo also booked an excellent restaurant for us which we would have never found on our own as well as a wine tasting the following day. He could not have been more helpful. There was also a welcome gift on arrival which was much appreciated . We slept very well and the apartment was very clean . There was a nice coffee shop nearby in the square

We stayed at Relais Conac 1888 in November, the white truffle season. We were warmly welcomed by Ramona and Claudio. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered, with attention to detail to make us feel comfortable and at home. We dined 2 evenings at the Relais and were completely seduced by Claudio's cuisine. Excellent local products, simple and magnificent. The white truffle of the day was exceptional, along with pasta and “Fassona”, Piedmont veal and lamb. Excellent wines were also served. Breakfast, too, was a real pleasure, with fresh, delicious local products. The room was beautifully and uniquely decorated. Spacious room and extremely comfortable bedding. All the elements were there for us to rest easy. Overall, we were very touched by their passion for making the Relais Conac 1888 an exceptional and relaxing place to stay. You can see and feel the care that has gone into renovating the building over the years. Well done to you both! Our hosts anticipated our every wish and made our stay a memorable one. As we are cyclists, they advised us on the best possible routes with the most beautiful views and villages in the area. Thank you Ramona and Claudio, we'll be back!

This wonderful old mill been renovated with a lot of love and great attention to the details. You fall in love with it! And as always, people make the difference. Massimiliano is a very warm host, passionate about what he is doing and super friendly. Breakfast has been very good too and the dinner was simply delicious!

This place is absolutely wonderful, set in a picturesque location. The apartments are beautifully finished with attention to detail and great taste. The thoughtful hosts are always ready to offer advice and recommendations. Additionally, the guestbook guide is excellently written. Highly recommend for a delightful stay!

The location was perfect. Near the center of everything... the old town, piazza, etc. Lot of restaurants and shops. The host was wonderful. Gave us perfect instructions on where to unload luggage and how to access the apartment. Inside the apartment, also provided a file of all the necessary information including restaurants, transport information, emergency information, etc. The apartment was beautiful. Perfect for 2 people requiring privacy: 2 ensuite bedrooms. I would stay there again, if I visit Alba in future
