The staff were excellent, efficient, welcoming and not just those at reception. Requests were dealt with immediately. The view was spectacular. And the bed was huge and really comfortable. The parking was good. The hotel did not exceed my expectations because, having read previous comments, I had expected excellence and that is what we got.

Most amazing place we have ever had, we could not believe it! everything was perfect: super comfy beds, huuge living room, a separate room for all the kids, cute balconies in every room facing the duomo di san pietro and a great view of Modica, beautiful floors and cutely decorated. it felt a bit like a castle with the old chairs and the deco. we loved really everything about this place, including Rosaria, the host.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious choices. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist me. The people here made me feel so welcome that I truly fell in love with Modica. Having a free parking area was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Big hotel. Parking is for fee only in the garage, outside in hotel courtyard it is free. Breakfast is rich, big choice of sweet pastry, but also eggs, cheese, ham etc. Room is big and soundproof.

Everything was superb from the first contact to the very end; we felt like welcome guests, like old friends, and surrounded by warm hospitality every minute. A truly spacious room, a large comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and all this in a very picturesque location. The dinners were excellent – ​​Chef Daniele is not just a great cook, but a true master of gastronomic art; all his recommendations were spot on! Special thanks to the wonderful manager Cinzia and the entire team! The location is ideal for exploring southeastern Sicily, but while visiting Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and the sandy beach in Avola, don't miss the beautiful village of Palazzolo Acreide and the Akrai archaeological park, which are very close by!

Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!
