A great opportunity to stay in a unique palazzo in the heart of Noto. The room was huge inluding a private terrace. In the room and in the bathroom everything is provided, even more then you would need during a short stay. This place is surely great also for a longer stay. Hosts are very kind, breakfast is not mentioned in the room rate but you will find in the fridge juice, coke, a big bottle of water, almod milk, butter and oranges. There is a lavazza coffee machine, tea, different sweat cakes ....etc in the cupboard all for free. Don't miss the small almond cake, should be home made, the best I have ever tasted! You can prepare and eat your breakfast in the terrace. Bed is comfortable and we found the room calm, no noise from the street, had a great sleep. The own parking area is a bonus, it is very safe as the gate is closed during the night, we could leave our car in the courtyard even after check out. Noto is beatiful and much more enjoyable in the evening after all the tourist buses leaving... so do not hesitate and stay here!

Everything was just amazing. Brand new villa with comfortable rooms having all amenities such as mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, hair straightener, shaving foam, toothbrushes etc, comfortable space and lovely views, very nice pool area, spa facilities including use of sauna and jacuzzi in a private area and absolute cleanliness. Ketty and Sebastiano are truly great hosts who make you feel like family. Ketty very attentive and caring, Sebastiano very helpful with suggesting places to visit and how to best get there, Pietro patiently answering my questions on WhatsApp before arrival and sending us location to come and meet us to make sure we don't get lost even though the villa is easy to reach. The villa is close to other beautiful areas such as Cassibile and its lakes, nature reserves, beaches, syracuse, ortigia, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ispica. Avola Centre, the almond museum and Avola lungomare are just 5 mins away by car, also very nice. The villa is surrounded by all types of views, sea, country, citrus and olive fields, and hills and the area is very peaceful. The breakfast was also every morning very good and fresh. We also liked tgat the villa has four rooms in all so its never crowded and feels like home. Staying here made our holiday a relaxing and perfect one indeed.

It was a wonderful stay — we felt fantastically cared for, just like at home. The hosts were very kind, greeted us warmly, and provided all the necessary information. The house has everything you could possibly need, and even more! A lovely welcome surprise and sweets for breakfast, toiletries in the bathroom, even toothbrushes for the forgetful and slippers so you don’t have to walk barefoot — the amenities are just like in a hotel, really excellent! In the kitchen, there’s delicious coffee and an espresso machine. The super comfortable beds let us recharge before another day of exploring beautiful Sicily. Highly recommended!

LOVED EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS PLACE. The staff was exceptional, the two ladies that control the reception and clean the rooms were sooo friendly and sweet. The breakfast that was included from their cafe was very good and fresh. Huge selection. Anything my wife and kids asked for they made and even went over the top with decorating the food and drinks. Can't explain how amazing the experience was. Facilities exceeded our expectations. Very clean and inviting. All the small details put this place over the top. My family can't wait to go back!
