Beautiful location in quiet corner of Lake Como. Elegantly modern rooms and nice terrace with view. Breakfast not included but restaurant was convenient and had tasty food with indoor and outdoor lakeside tables.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the spa area — clean, elegant, and truly relaxing. The surroundings are stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for a real escape. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. location couldn't be any better - we had the side windows and there was almost no noise... plus the windows are extremely noise proof. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside
