Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!

Great location, the apartment is modern and spotlessly clean, it was easy to find and the host is extremely responsive to messages and very flexible and friendly. The location is great and a very short walk from the heart of Padova, close to everything and the apartment is within a secure gated community. Will definitely stay again if I am in Padova.

Beautiful modern bright spacious comfortable apartment right in the centre of Padova . Spotlessly clean . Every need anticipated - even fresh flowers ! Our host, Diana was absolutely amazing. She answered all queries immediately, messaged us to check all was ok after the first night. Our only regret was having to leave !

It had a mix of old school Italian hotel style and a new spa hotel. Big car park, reception with very helpful staff. Nice well stock small bar with great staff. Standard small double room was very nice and well equipped. Access to spa was included and overall the spa was great!

I rested in this hotel several times. Modern, luxurious, clean and with a wonderful spa. In my opinion, the strongest point besides the excellent service is the food, they are the best in Abano. Excellent staff, especially the restaurant staff, specifically the guy named Drival.
